Professional & Certification Course of Project Management

Project Management Professional (PMP): it’s a credential offered by the Project Management Institute.

Syllabus of Exams: it is based on some few specifications, which is describing, tasks out of the 5 performance domains, initiating the projects, planning of the projects, executions of the project, monitoring & controlling the project& also closing the projects. Exam consists of some multiple choices questions, 25 questions are sample questions. Most of the questions are placed throughout the exams.

Item References: every exam has at least 2 references to the standard books or the sources of project management.  Project Management frameworks or embodies a project life cycle & 5 major management processes or the groups, initiating, planning, executing etc. Mapping to these 5 process groups, some management knowledge areas, project integration, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource, & risk management etc. All these knowledge are defined or described by their inputs, tools & the techniques.

 Purpose: to improve the success rate of the projects in all the fields of knowledge by applying some evolve set of projects, principles.

Project Management Institute: it is not for a profit professional organization for the project management professions, purpose of advancing the project managements.

Item Writing: it’s an ongoing process at PMI & new items are added to the PMIS collections. It identifies some contents & also the references. So the individuals who are active in the field of PMP exam are not allowed to participate in item writing.
